Fatty acid composition of cow milk when activated zeolite and probiotics are included in their diet

Relevance . The biosynthesis of milk fat is influenced by a large number factors, including the feeding habits animals. Methods Milk samples were taken and prepared for analysis according to GOST 26809.1-2014. fatty acid composition phase was determined gas chromatography in accordance with 32915-2014 on chromatograph «Crystallux 4000M», capillary column SP2560. Results Significantly lowest content stearic observed individuals second group — 11.362% (p ˂ 0.05). Animals had significantly higher mass fraction monounsaturated acids: decenoic, myristooleic palmitooleic 0.062% 0.05), terms acids 0.242% 0.05) 0.159% respectively. In animals group, polyunsaturated linoleic compared control lower 0.385% ≥ general, it should be noted that established third slightly higher, cows all groups than reference values provided 32915-2014. ratio methyl esters corresponded permissible range 32261-2013.
